Finally, Al-Sayer Holding Company held its annual staff conference to appreciate the outstanding achievements and honor the excellent customer service of the group’s departments.

The company stated that the group’s departments included Mohammed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons Est., which includes sales (Toyota and Lexus), service and spare parts, and Bahra Trading Company, which includes “Hino”, “Bobcat”, “Doosan Heavy Equipment” and “Al-Sayer Engineering”. Which includes Yokohama tires, Cofran oils and Nexa Autocolor dyes, Al-Sayer Medical Company, Al-Sayer Rent a Car, Al-Sayer Insurance, Kuwait Animal Feed Factory, Al-Dau Holding, and the investment and real estate sectors.

The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Board, Faisal Bader Al-Sayer, CEO Mubarak Naser Al-Sayer representing the Board of Directors, Chief Operating Officer, Bengt Schultz, Chief of Central Services Jack Feghali, along with the senior management team, managers and more than 3,000 employees of the group.

An essential part of the Best In Town program is the spread of the kaizen culture throughout our organization.”

He explained that “Al-Sayer’s legacy is built on one simple promise: to provide the best products combined with an outstanding customer experience. The goal is not only to satisfy customers, but also to enhance the atmosphere in the workplace, create potential for growth and develop a strong team spirit. The group’s management has commended and appreciated the team’s work to meet many challenges without losing focus on customers.

He added, “We are launching the new phase of the (Best In Town) program in all sectors of the group, which we built with (Toyota Motor Corporation) in the Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons Est.”
