Covid Vaccine: Know what are the side-effects of Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccine

Everyone is desperately waiting for the vaccine against the corona virus causing havoc in the world. The use of Pfizer’s vaccine has also been approved in three countries including the United Kingdom. According to the World Health Organization, until last month, more than 200 vaccines were involved in the development phase and 48 vaccines were undergoing human trials.

Drug companies Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca are the leading vaccine candidates. Pfizer is working closely with German company BioNotech and AstraZeneca with Oxford University. Human trials of the experimental vaccine of Moderna, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Johnson & John’s in the US are in the final stages.

Pfizer and Moderna have already defeated other companies in the race to manufacture vaccines, seeking approval for emergency use. In the coming months, other companies can also come forward to apply for approval. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Britain became the first country in the world to approve the widespread use of the Pfizer vaccine.

Britain has started the first vaccination campaign against Kovid-19 in the world. All Kovid-19 vaccines are being prepared in a very short time. But do we know more about him? What are the side-effects of the Kovid-19 vaccine from which company? Will you get protection from illness? And do you need to take the vaccine once or every year?

The third phase of human trials of two companies in the US, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson, had to be stopped. Volantier’s illness, which became part of the trial, raised concerns from health officials. Adverse effects of any vaccine are not uncommon in health people. However, before using any vaccine, people need to know what its side effects are.

Moderna vaccine side-effects

The 44-year-old Volantier, who was involved in Moderna’s Phase III human trials, shared the experience. Luck Hutchins said he had a slight fever after taking the first dose of Moderna’s ARNA vaccine. And when he took the second dose, he felt ‘complete symptoms like Kovid-19’. For 12 hours I felt fever, shivering, muscle and joint pain, headache, heat in the extremities, cough, restlessness.

According to Jack Mourningstar, another voltaire studying at North Carolia University, “I felt tired after taking the first dose and had fever after taking the second dose. During the test I did not know that the dose of the Kovid-19 vaccine had been given.” Or just placebo. “

A CNBC report states that two other models of Moderna also spoke of similar side-effects. But he refused to record the statement publicly. Hutcheson stated that he decided to make the experience public because he felt that Moderna would not fully tell people about the potential side-effects of his vaccine.

Pfizer vaccine side-effects

Pfizer has reported in a report that in the final phase of human testing, some volantiers showed minor side-effects. These minor side-effects occurred after the first dose of the vaccine and very few volunteers reported any side-effects after taking the second dose.

According to a report published in the New England Journal of Medicine, Pfizer reported fatigue, headaches, tremors, muscle and joint pain but did not experience any serious symptoms in older people. Volantier said he felt ‘mild flu symptoms’ after taking each of the two doses.

Some younger volunteers also complained of swelling and redness at the injection site. Pfizer’s vaccine has been launched on 8 December in the UK for the use of people completely. After the first day of vaccination, the National Health Service has asked not to use the vaccine due to allergic reaction.

AstraZeneca vaccine side effects

Two Volantier of AstraZeneca, who were involved in Phase III human trials, experienced transverse myelitis after taking the vaccine dose. Transverse myelitis is inflammation of both sides of a part of the spinal cord. It is a neurojacil disorder, often causing damage to myelin.

The trial was stopped after the British pharma company revealed a case of transverse myelitis. On September 11, AstraZeneca published a report stating, “There is not enough evidence to prove whether the particular disease was caused by the vaccine.” After that, the company started the third phase of human trials in Britain, Brazil, South Africa and India.

Johnson & Johnson side effects

Johnson & Johnson also had to postpone the Phase III trial. After taking the dose, a Volunteer suffered an unexplained illness. The company did not disclose the disease. He cited a confidential agreement with Volantier. After the matter came to light, it was not known whether Volantier was in the placebo group or in the vaccine group.
