Do not eat this food before sleeping to keep obesity away




Obesity has become a major health concern. With the restrictions of Kovid-19, more and more people are staying at home and leading a sedentary lifestyle. This is not good for your health at all. The craving for food is also increasing due to the lockdown, which can be a major reason for increasing obesity. Heavy dinner is also another major factor in weight gain. This is because there is not much physical activity to do before bedtime and between the last meal. In this way the fat of the food is not burnt but gets stored in the body to some extent. According to dietician Dr. Ranjana Singh, dinner should be eaten about 3 hours before sleeping.

Noodles- If you eat noodles at night, then the carbohydrates and fats found in it can spoil your health. It does not contain fiber at all and due to all these reasons your weight can increase rapidly.

Chocolate- Chocolate with caffeine has a high amount of sugar. Both of these are bad for sleep as caffeine can make you sleepy. High amount of sugar in chocolate can lead to weight gain. It is better to avoid eating chocolate after dinner.

fried food- Fried food can make you gain weight fast, as it contains carbohydrates and fatty acids, which work to increase your stomach acidity and weight gain. So try to eat light food at night which can be easily digested.

Soda- Some people like to drink soda to digest food, but it contains high amount of sugar which works to increase belly fat rapidly. Therefore, it is advisable not to drink the use of soda before sleeping.
