The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Rights, Majed Fadil, said, “The crimes of the Iranian-backed Houthi militia will not discourage the legitimate government and the national army from moving forward towards completing the battle of liberation with courage and courage, and we will not retreat from the values of the glorious September and October revolutions.”
In a speech he delivered in the Midi district of Hajjah governorate, Fadhil affirmed the continuation of defeating these reactionary militias that seek to return Yemen to the abhorrent priestly era.
He added, “We stand today in Al-Amal Square in the Midi District, to have mercy on the souls of the righteous martyrs who were killed in the crime of targeting by the terrorist Houthi militia on the night of September 26, which caused the death of 12 of the best Yemeni youth and the wounding of 22 others, most of them civilians.”
Fadhel pointed out that this crime amounts to a war crime and is among the grave crimes against humanity, as it is a flagrant violation of all international principles and charters and international human rights law.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Rights also called on the international community, relevant international human rights organizations and the office of the UN envoy to condemn these crimes against humanity against the Yemeni people, pointing out that their silence encourages the Houthi militia to commit more violations against defenseless civilians.
