4- There is depression- Vitamin D deficiency can also lead to depression. It has also been revealed in research that people who work indoors are more prone to depression than those who work outdoors. Therefore, take some sunlight during the day.

5-Hair loss- Due to lack of vitamin D in the body, hair starts falling rapidly. So focus on eating and stay away from stress. Depression also increases due to deficiency of Vitamin D.
