Good cholesterol reduces the extra fat from the blood and helps in keeping the arteries clean. Our body makes good cholesterol on its own. However, for this our lifestyle should be healthy. 1- Take out the sugar- By eating too much sugar, bad cholesterol starts increasing and the level of good cholesterol starts decreasing. Therefore, to increase the good cholesterol in the body, avoid sweet things. You can take natural sugar from fruits and juices.

2- Exercise is necessary- Exercise is very important to increase good cholesterol in the body. You must exercise for half an hour every day. You can work out by walking, running, jogging, swimming, or going to the gym.

3- Less processed food- You should eliminate processed food from your diet to increase the good cholesterol in the body. They contain a lot of trans fat and saturated fat, which increases bad cholesterol.

4- Quit smoking and alcohol- If good cholesterol is decreasing in your body, then you should give up the habit of smoking, drinking. Both these things increase the bad cholesterol in the body. Give up these two habits as soon as possible.

5- Keep weight control- With increasing obesity in the body, many types of diseases start. In such a situation, if your weight increases, then bad cholesterol also starts increasing. To increase good cholesterol, you should control your weight. Eat foods rich in fiber and protein.
