Hyundai Motor Corporation announced at IAA Mobility 2021 its commitment to become a carbon neutral company by 2045, as its integrated strategy is based on the following three pillars: clean mobility, next-generation platforms and green energy.

Hyundai is displaying its full range of electric vehicles and the latest solutions in order to advance with positive energy at this year’s IAA exhibition, which will be held until September 12 in Munich, Germany.

“With our company’s vision of progress for the sake of humanity, we are doing our best to fulfill its duties towards the world,” said Jeehun Jae-chang, president and CEO of Hyundai Motor.

At this year’s IAA, Hyundai Motor is committed to reducing its carbon emissions by 75% from the 2019 level by 2040. It will achieve carbon neutrality in its global products and operations by 2045.
