1- To make lemon rice, you have to soak some chana dal.
2- Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies.
3- Fry some peanuts in advance.
4- Now add onion to it and add chana dal and stir it.
5- Now add green chilies and add the remaining rice and mix well.
6- Lastly add lemon juice and garnish with green coriander and peanuts.
7- Delicious lemon rice is ready.
1- You can also make cheela from leftover rice. For this, grind the rice in a mixer and make it like a batter.
2- Add a little semolina and curd to it, cover it and keep it for a while.
3- Add salt, black pepper, finely chopped onion, green chili and coriander to it.
4- Now beat the whole batter well and make it like cheela or dosa by applying oil on the pan.
5- When it turns brown, turn it over. Serve with tomato sauce.
