Papad vegetable- Papad ki Sabzi is a Rajasthani dish. But it is eaten in many places other than Rajasthan. If you do not have vegetables in your kitchen, then you can make this dish. For this, you chop an onion and take one big spoon ginger garlic paste, now put two spoons of oil in a pan, add one spoon cumin and ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onion and let it cook for 3 minutes. Add one spoon garam masala, one spoon red chili powder, one spoon turmeric, one spoon salt, one spoon coriander powder and mix it well, now add a bowl of curd and a glass of water and let it cook. Now take two papads and fry them on high flame till they become crisp. Now break the papad into big size and put it in the gravy. After sometime turn off the gas. This is how papad vegetable is made.
Boondi vegetable- Boondi ki sabzi is one such dish that you can prepare with minimal ingredients. At the same time, to make its vegetable, heat a little oil in a pan and add a spoonful of cumin, now add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste to it and let it cook for a minute. Now add salt, a spoonful of hot Add spices, red chili powder, one teaspoon turmeric. After this, add a cup of milk and a spoonful of cream to it and let it cook. After this, when it comes to boil, add boondi to it and turn off the gas. So boondi sabzi is ready in this way.
