Things needed to make Paneer Cheela
2 cups besan
Paneer – one and a half cup grated
oil – as needed
Green chili – 4 (finely chopped)
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
How to make Paneer Cheela
To make paneer cheela, first you take 2 cups of gram flour and put it in a big bowl.
Add water, green chili, chaat masala, green coriander and carom seeds to it.
Mix all these. Keep in mind that the besan batter should be very smooth.
It should neither be too thin nor too thick.
Take a griddle (nonstick pan) and let it heat up.
After this, add oil to it and let it heat up.
Then spread the gram flour batter in it.
After this, with the help of a bowl, give it the shape of cheela.
Then cook it on low flame.
Then add oil to it and prevent the gram flour from sticking.
When the cheela is completely cooked, turn it over to the other side.
Then cook it for a while.
After this, flip it again and add grated cheese to it.
After this, fold the cheela and take it out in a plate.
Your paneer cheela is ready.
