But, today we are going to tell you the recipe of moong dal cheela, which looks delicious to eat, it is also very good for health. It is made in very little oil and it is absolutely a high protein diet. You can give it to children in both breakfast and lunch box. So let’s know about its easy recipe-
Ingredients needed to make Moong Dal Chila-
Moong dal – 1 cup
Green chili – 1 tsp (chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp (chopped)
Cumin – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander – 2 tsp (chopped)
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
salt to taste
water as needed
oil – as needed
How to make Moong Dal Chila –
To make Moong Dal Cheela, first take moong dal and soak it and leave it overnight.
Then take out its water and grind it.
Take out its paste in a big bowl and add green chili, ginger, green coriander and cumin seeds to it.
Then add turmeric, asafoetida and salt to it.
Now mix this batter properly and leave it for 10 minutes.
Take a pan and heat it by adding weight as needed.
Add the batter to it and let it cook on medium flame.
After cooking, take it out and serve it hot with some green chutney.
