In a message he addressed to the state leadership, he added, “The national responsibility entrusted to you in the consultations calls for you to meet the aspirations of your people who seek to restore their state, establish security and stability, support the economy, preserve constitutional legitimacy, end the coup, and preserve the country’s sovereignty and independence.”
The Council indicated that the Yemenis are counting on the consultants to win the will of the people and their massive sacrifices for eight years for the sake of freedom and dignity, ending the Houthi coup, and implementing the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference, which represents the all-inclusive option for all Yemenis.
The Council stressed the need to adhere to the three references, and to support the military and security establishment to restore the state and extend its control over all governorates.

And before we put before you the demands of your brothers in the People’s Mobilization and Support Council in the Amanat al-Asimah; First: We highly appreciate the Gulf Cooperation Council’s invitation to the Yemeni parties for dialogue, and its generous sponsorship of these established consultations, which demonstrate Gulf and regional keenness to unite the ranks and end the long-standing suffering of the Yemeni people.
Since the participants in the Riyadh consultations are before the eyes of the Yemeni people from one end to the other, we, in the capital Sana’a, hold you fully responsible for achieving the will of the Yemeni people contained in (the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference, the Gulf Initiative and its executive mechanism, UN Resolution 2216 and related resolutions), which represent The popular, regional and international will.. We hope to feel the great sacrifices made by the Yemeni people as a result of Houthi terrorism and the war whose effects cannot be overrun for decades.
The people of Yemen, men, women and children, young and old, have suffered, and have borne the burdens of the Houthi coup against the constitutional legitimacy. Forced displacement, targeting civilian objects and displacement camps, destroying the economy, looting the salaries of state employees, and thousands of crimes that cannot be imposed with a statute of limitations.
We affirm that you have the responsibility to find solutions to the current economic situation, to activate all land, sea and air outlets, to operate the free zone and to export oil and gas derivatives to obtain national resources that support the economy, and before that the return of all state institutions (the presidency, parliament, shura and government) to the temporary capital of Aden to carry out their work as they should. .
We also stress the importance of strengthening state institutions, especially the security and military institutions, which constitute the safety valve of the country, by merging all military formations within the framework of the Ministries of Defense and Interior, with the regular delivery of army and security salaries on a monthly basis, so that these two institutions can perform their role to the fullest.
