Mon Chasseur Immo raises 10 million and wants to conquer Europe

In real estate transactions, “buyers are often left behind and feel helpless. Everything remains to be done in terms of services, in particular thanks to digital technology”, observes Frederic Bourelly. The latter founded, in 2012, Mon Chasseur Immo, a technological platform that optimizes searches and provides a range of associated services. To amplify its presence in the territory and finance a marketing plan, the proptech announces a fundraising of 10 million euros from IXO Private Equity, accompanied by Galia Gestion, Irdi Capital Investissement, Sofilaro and business angels , after a first fundraising in 2018.

“After successfully completing the start-up phase, we need to increase our notoriety,” he confides. Already present in the Paris, Lyon and Nantes regions, as well as in several southern metropolises, Mon Chasseur Immo intends to establish itself in around twenty medium-sized towns and to deploy in neighboring European countries by 2025. The solution will also enriched with applications based on artificial intelligence, for the automated drafting of reports or commercial assistance pushes sent to agents to advise them according to the specific customer journey.

“Phygital” model

The proptech model is “phygital”: some 130 agents support customers in the field but also provide them with video reports, dialogue through the application, organize video meetings via Whatsapp… “We target buyers who do not have the time to carry out intensive research, are sometimes far from their place of research or need advice, like single people or first-time buyers”, adds the manager.

The main shareholder up to 30% highlights the interests for the buyers: goods found on average in 45 days, less than three visits before the purchase, acquisition lower on average by 6% to the maximum budget, electronic signature…

Discreet about its turnover, Mon Chasseur Immo claims to be “profitable” and shows growth of “30% in the first quarter of 2022 compared to the same period last year”, assures Frédéric Bourelly. The company receives 3% of the amount of the transactions, once the notarial deed has been signed, with a minimum flat rate of 5,900 euros. It employs 30 people and expects about fifteen recruitments this year.
