Kashmiri Tea Kahwa: In summer, some people complain of cold and cough. The main reason for this is cold and hot. Throat gets worse by eating something cold in strong sunlight and heat. How to make Kashmiri Kahwa
1- For this, first mix tsp saffron and 1 tbsp warm water in a small bowl.
2- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan, add 1 piece cinnamon, 2 cardamom, 2 cloves and 2 table spoon sugar and mix it well.
3- Now cook these things on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
4- Now reduce the flame and add 4 tsp of Kashmiri green tea leaves and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes.
5- Now filter this water in a bowl.
6- Now again pour the tea water in the pan, add saffron water and almonds and mix it well.
7- Cook this for 1 minute while stirring on low flame.
8- Now serve garnished with saffron and finely chopped almonds.
9- If you want, you can also make Kahwa salty. You can use salt instead of sugar for this.
