Former general delegate of the Federation of plastics and then of the General Confederation of Scop, Patricia Lexcellent is familiar with the operation of professional networks and other assemblies (she has been a director of employers’ organizations and a member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council). Nevertheless, this follower of the field approaches this new mission with unfeigned enthusiasm.

While she should have been born in Paris, the events of May 68 forced her mother to opt for the Yvelines. But it was in the capital that this holder of a master’s degree in economic and social administration, also a graduate of the School of Business Administration and Management, studied.

Passionate about heritage, to recharge her batteries, she takes time out in the Vosges plain, where her family is from. Between hikes and various initiatives (rehabilitation of an old vineyard, restoration of a sacristan’s house, etc.), this amateur photographer has converted the stable of the family house into a gallery of associative exhibitions. For now, she is working to develop the visibility of Initiative France, “Beaming with pleasure at the idea of ​​leading this network”, in the opinion of its president, Guillaume Pepy. And the former boss of the SNCF to boast “Its new but not distant eye, its ability to train and its conviction that companies are among the best responses to economic, social and environmental issues”.
