Two-thirds of French employees (67%) believe that the human bond that prevailed in the past between people working together is rapidly deteriorating, as is the meaning given to work, according to a barometer of life at work ViaVoice with Franceinfo, revealed this Tuesday, June 21.
“Too bad if I earn less”: they have chosen to give up great professional ambitions
This barometer highlights the advances but also the setbacks in social life at work. Thus, hybrid work, between face-to-face and remote work, is well received by employees, 77% of whom consider it “easy to manage” and 76% wish to see it become permanent in the coming years.

Deteriorated working conditions
However, the institute via Voice observes a “fracture of the social body of the company” : in addition to the perceived deterioration in human ties, more than a quarter of respondents (27%) feel their relationship with their colleague is weakening, and more than a third (36%) observe a lesser attachment to their company or institution.
Why the end of ambition is a quiet revolution
A fracture behind which also hides the feeling of a deterioration in working conditions over the past year for a quarter of the employees surveyed (24%). Only one in ten consider that these conditions have improved, while six in ten have not seen any noticeable change.
