Dozens of women organized a protest, today, Saturday, to denounce the horrific crimes committed by the Houthi coup militia against the residents of Al-Haima and the neighboring villages in the northern Taiz governorate.
The statement of the stand, which was carried out in front of the governorate building, said that the Houthi militia continues to commit the most heinous crimes against civilians, including killing, displacement and bombing of homes in the villages of Al-Hima, in light of an absolute international silence.
He added, “It is regrettable that all these violations are taking place under the eyes and ears of the international community and the UN envoy, who did not charge himself to record any condemnation of all these crimes, but rather made a miserable attempt to defend Al-Houthi and object to his classification as a terrorist group.
The Houthi classification considered a terrorist group a correct decision, which was long overdue, calling for treating the Houthi group as a terrorist group and beginning to present its leaders to international courts.
The statement called on the international community to do its duty to deter these terrorist acts. It also called on the government and the Arab coalition to seriously support the national army to complete the liberation process that would rid our people and the region of a group that embraces terrorism and considers murder, displacement, violence and racial discrimination as a religious identity and mission.
