The conclusion of the activities of the 25th symposium of heads of training bodies in the Arab armed forces, headed by Yemen





The symposium of heads of training bodies in the Arab armed forces concluded today, Thursday, in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, which came under the title (the field medical training system to keep pace with the requirements of supporting joint operations).

The course was held under the chairmanship of the Republic of Yemen, which participated in a delegation headed by Brigadier General Pilot, Abdulelah Al-Khader, Assistant Military Attaché at our country’s embassy in Cairo, and whose membership included Colonel Dr. Mujahid Al-Bahri, Head of the Planning and Training Division at the Military Medical Services.

The symposium, in which (17) delegations representing most of the Arab countries, approved the unified study prepared by the representatives of the heads of training bodies in the preliminary meetings of representatives of the heads of training bodies last June.

The delegations of Arab training bodies stressed the need to exchange information and studies related to field medical training to serve the interests of the Arab armed forces, exchange experiences between those in charge of military medicine, and include and develop the field medicine curriculum in military academies, colleges and institutes.

At the end of the event, the Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, along with the head of the Yemeni delegation, head of the current session, honored and distributed the certificates of the symposium to all participants.
