Today, in the Turkish capital, Ankara, the work of the fourth conference of the Association of Parliamentarians for Al-Quds, under the title “Jerusalem is our red line”, was concluded with the participation of Parliament Speaker Sheikh Sultan Al-Barakani and a number of council members.

In the closing session of the conference, which was attended by the Vice-President of the Council, Engineer Mohsen Basura, and Member of Parliament Ahmed Al-Bouti, and in the presence of Sakhr Al-Wajeeh, representing the Organization of Arab Parliamentarians Against Corruption, they discussed strengthening the role of global, Islamic and Arab parliaments for joint work in support of Jerusalem, and the search for the best ways to support it. Parliamentary contribution to achieving the goals of the 4th conference and enhancing the exchange of dialogues at the level of parliaments of the participating countries to determine priorities and joint actions to be taken towards the Palestinian cause and the city of Jerusalem.

The participants stressed the importance of strengthening the role of parliaments by working tirelessly to support Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa and its mosques and churches with all forms of support, in order to confront all attempts at Judaization, stressing that the conference will add new ideas on the path of the work of the Palestine Committees Foundation and the League’s branches and regional links, and establish a system of action to advocate for the struggle of the Palestinian people.

They stressed the importance of enacting laws that enhance the right of the Palestinian citizen to defend and advocate his just cause and support the Palestinian cause forever, and the importance of adopting a well-coordinated approach to confront any breach of “Jerusalem is our red line.”

The Speaker of the House of Representatives and his accompanying delegation and the participating delegations also visited the headquarters of the Turkish Parliament, and listened to an explanation about the composition and composition of the Parliament.

The President of the Council also attended a session of the Turkish Parliament, after his participation in the two symposiums held on the sidelines of the concluding session of the conference under the title “The Role of the Palestine Committees in Supporting the Palestinian Cause”, as well as the symposium on “Developments of the Palestinian Cause”.
