Today, Wednesday, the Military Court held its third public session, headed by Judge Aqeel Taj al-Din, and in the presence of the military prosecutor, Lieutenant-Colonel Judge Faisal Al-Hamidi, to consider the criminal case No. 6 of 2020 AD related to the accusation of Hassan Idris Erlo, an officer in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (Iranian ), By entering disguised as the territory of the Republic of Yemen, espionage, participation in crimes with the Houthi enemy, and committing military crimes and war crimes.
During the session, the Military Public Prosecution Office presented the official announcement that was published in the official newspaper, 26th of September, for three consecutive issues, announcing the accused to come to respond to the lawsuit filed against him by the prosecution.
The court ordered the notices to be included in the case file, as well as the installation of the defense committee of the accused named Hassan Idris Erlo, and the reading of the indictment and the list of evidence evidence in the face of the two positions.
The court also ordered that the above case file be attached to the criminal case No. 4 of 2020 AD regarding the trial of the accused Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi and 174 others on charges of the military coup against the republican system, intelligence with a foreign country (Iran), and committing military crimes and war crimes.
