Vice President of the Republic, Lieutenant General Ali Mohsen Salih, renewed the legitimacy’s adherence to the leadership of the President of the Republic, to the option of permanent peace based on the three references, and to positively deal with all international and international efforts aimed at ending the war that the Houthis started with the support of Iran.
He pointed out that the escalation of the coup militias and their continuing to commit various crimes by launching missiles and aircraft to target the camps for the displaced and the notables, is clear evidence of the terrorist group’s approach and its pursuit of its war on the Yemenis and the destabilization of the region.
This came during his meeting with the Netherlands Ambassador to Yemen, Peter Hof, to be informed of developments and bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
At the outset of the meeting, the Vice President welcomed the ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on the occasion of his appointment as a new ambassador to our country, wishing him success in performing the tasks entrusted to him and in a way that strengthens areas of cooperation and common interests between our two friendly countries and peoples.
