If you want to keep the lungs healthy, then apart from exercise, you must also make some changes in the diet.

 Exercise for the lungs is important

1- First of all, you sit in a quiet and open place. Close your eyes and feel the surroundings. Now slowly fill the deep breath till the stomach. Hold the breath as long as possible and then exhale slowly.

2- While doing the second exercise, you have to keep one hand on your stomach and the other hand on your chest. Now inhale and feel that your lungs are getting stronger with the oxygen present in the air. When you exhale, feel that all the diseases are coming out of the body. 

3- The duration of inhalation and exhalation in this exercise should be the same. That is, while breathing in, count up to 5 in your mind and while exhaling count up to 5. Your inhalation and exhalation should be consistent.

4- Keep in mind that while exercising, wear comfortable clothes. Now take a very easy breath and release it. Do it comfortably for 10 to 20 minutes without applying much force.

5- In this exercise, first take a deep breath, when the lungs are full, then hold the breath for as long as possible. You see how long you can hold your breath. Do this 2-3 times a day and increase the duration of holding the breath by 2 to 3 seconds each time. If you hold your breath for more than 25 seconds, there is no problem with your lungs.
